Camera or AR not working
Check that Hey Twin has Camera permission enabled in iOS Settings > Hey Twin, and that you're on the latest app version.
Background removal looks off
Use a well-lit, in-focus source photo. Tap the manual edge tool after the auto cutout to refine tricky areas like hair or glasses.
Memory Album not syncing
Confirm iCloud is enabled for Hey Twin under Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud, and that both devices share the same Apple ID.
Purchase or restore issue
Try Settings > Restore Purchase inside the app first. If Pro still isn't unlocked, contact us with your Apple ID email.
